Today, we found a serious bug in the ASN.1 module of scotty-1.1.2 that
is very likely to corrupt SNMP packets larger than 128 bytes. That's
why I made scotty-1.1.3 which is now available as

ftp://ftp.ibr.cs.tu-bs.de/pub/local/tkined/scotty-1.1.3.tar.gz

There is also a patch file named scotty-1.1.patch3.gz in the same
directory which will bring scotty-1.1.2 to version 1.1.3. It is 100
times smaller than the complete sources, so you might prefer that one.
There are some other minor fixes. See snmp/ChangeLog for details.
