tkined and tk4

Is anybody working on porting tkined to tk4 ? I have the impression
that the main obstacle is switching barchart.c and stripchart.c to the
new internal interfaces. If this is acceptable, I could do this
probably in a short time; it's mostly mechanical. Or am I dead wrong ?
