This is probably a newbie question, is there a FAQ somewhere? I've installed
tkined and scotty and have taken a poke at the snmpd agent that comes with
scotty. The agent doesn't seem to work very well. It returns some basic snmp
stuff but not all the regular mib II stuff such as interface info, etc. I'm
guessing that this is because it is not fully implemented. Any way can someone
point me to a half decent (and free) agent for the sun (SunOS and Solaris) as
well as any info about doing proxy snmp to manage a router on the otherside
of my firewall.
