libBLT.so.1.7: No such file or directory

I have installed tkined-1.2.0.tgz in my FreeBSD2.0 box.
I also installed scotty-1.2.0.
However, I got this error message--ld.so: tkined: libBLT.so.1.7: No such file or directory--as soon as I typed tkined and hit enter.
Could anybody told me what is wrong?
