changing IpAddress

How do I change the IpAddress using scotty? I'm trying to change the
boot address of an NCD 19c Xstation using:
s0 set [list [list ncdBootDesiredInetServer.0 IpAddress 136.182.8.120] ]
Whenever I do this I get "no response after 3 retries". I'm able to
change values that are DisplayString and INTEGER but not IpAddress.
Any ideas?
