Old scotty commands

I upgraded scotty from 1.0.2 to 2.0.1; I have noticed that the commands
"select", "addinput", and "removeinput" are no longer available in 2.0.1.
Does anyone knows if there are similar commands that will provide same
functionality in scotty-2.0? Any reason why these commands were taken out?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,
