If built with CFLAGS -O (or -O -g) would core dump when running
ip_discover.tcl tool - because -O only could determine IcmpRequest() in
tnmIcmp.c was were it crashed - SegV.
However if build with CFLAGS -g would not core dump!
Also the point in discovering the network that it would crash was random (but
always before completing our Class B network).
I guess it may well be a Sunpro compiler problem? I know we are behind on the
version of Sunpro - could if really enthusiastic try gcc as well.
So I suppose summary is: anyone else seen this?
For moment will stick with unoptimised version.
