while trying to perform an snmp operation (not sure if it's a get or set).
Does anyone know why this DNS resolvable name is causing a problem? I can
ping the specified address just fine from the command line, so I know it's
valid. . . leaving me a little confused.
It is possible that this is not a problem with Scotty, but being caused by
something else. However, since I can't find this error string in any of my
scripts or libraries, I'm assuming it is a Scotty error message.
Thanks for any information,
Robert Seeger
BTW:
I'm running Scotty 2.1.5 and Tcl 7.6
on a Ultra-2 running Solaris 2.5.1 (SunOS 5.5.1)
