Wrong. If you evalutate `mib load foo' before any other `mib' or
`snmp' command, than the variable $tnm(mibs) will be ignored. I know,
this is not really needed since you can easily modify the tnm(mibs)
variable. It looks more like a bug than a feature to me and we should
probably remove this behaviour from 3.0.0.
