Hello,
The following works with scotty 2.1.10:
snmp session -address $orig_gw -version SNMPv2C -community public
However, when I upgraded to scotty 3.0.0 (which is compiled with
tcl8.3), the session subcommand is no longer available -- so what
subcommand should be used instead?
I am asking this on behalf of a colleague (I don't know much about
snmp). I see several new subcommands with the new version. Is there a
direct replacement for the session subcommand?
godel:3> tclsh
% package require Tnm
3.0.0
% ::Tnm::snmp session
bad option "session": must be alias, delta, expand, find, generator,
info, listener, notifier, oid, responder, type, value, wait, or watch
% ^C
godel:4>
Thanks,
Hemang.
