I have a problem loading a modified version of rfc1155, where it fails if a definition is a root, such as "iso" and "ccitt".
Here's what the modified rfc1155.smi looks like:
RFC1155-SMI DEFINITIONS ::= BEGIN
ccitt OBJECT IDENTIFIER ::= { 0 }
iso OBJECT IDENTIFIER ::= { 1 }
org OBJECT IDENTIFIER ::= { iso 3 }
dod OBJECT IDENTIFIER ::= { org 6 }
internet OBJECT IDENTIFIER ::= { dod 1 }
directory OBJECT IDENTIFIER ::= { internet 1 }
mgmt OBJECT IDENTIFIER ::= { internet 2 }
experimental OBJECT IDENTIFIER ::= { internet 3 }
private OBJECT IDENTIFIER ::= { internet 4 }
enterprises OBJECT IDENTIFIER ::= { private 1 }
END -- RFC1155-SMI DEFINITIONS
Is there a way to perform a "mib load rfc1155.smi" using this format ? At present, it returns this error:
rfc1155.smi:1: bad format in OBJECT-IDENTIFIER
Regards,
Jack
