The 4th NMRG meeting will be held in Zürich on October 14-15 1999, just after DSOM '99. The meeting will be held at the ETH Zürich from 1 pm til 5 pm on Thursday and from 9 am til 5 pm on Friday (in the same building where the DSOM workshop is held). The address of the meeting place is:
