Besides the Jasmin Script-MIB implementation, there are currently four software add-ons developed in the Jasmin project, that facilitate the operation of Script-MIB agents and the development of management scripts.

The disman API is a Java package that facilitates high-level operations on Script-MIB agents, e.g. installing scripts, adding launch buttons, and controlling running scripts.

Smurf is a Swing user interface application that allows a very simple, intuitive, and efficient control of Script-MIB agents. It is based on the disman API.

JAX is a Java package that facilitates the development of Java AgentX sub-agents. Since it might be generally useful, it is not bundled with the Jasmin distribution.

A Schedule-MIB implementation allows to launch and terminate scripts based on schedules independent of a manager. Of course, there are other applications as well. Hence it is not bundled with the Jasmin distribution.

A Tcl runtime engine has been added for use with the Jasmin Script-MIB agent. It is implemented as part of the Tnm Tcl extension for network management.

Policy-based configuration management based on the Script-MIB can be achieved using a specific Java class package and application domain specific extensions.
