Error on tkined startup

Hello all:
I compiled and installed tkined and scotty (1.3.4 and 2.0.2) and
they seem to work okay, except for an error message I get on
tkined startup which says:
"scotty init.tcl file loaded without a scotty extension"
And then
"Error: couldn't execute "": No such file or directory"

I imagine this is a path problem, which environment variable do
I need to set? tia,
