Tkined searches for a startup file named init.tcl. This file is
usually /usr/local/lib/tkined/init.tcl, but for some reasons, a file
named init.tcl in the current directory is also accepted. I guess you
are in the source directory of scotty and there is also a file
init.tcl - this one is for scotty, of course. Obviously, Tkined reads
the init.tcl file written for scotty... Works as designed.
