The problem seems to be that Tcl evaluates [info sharedlibextension] to the
empty string (and not .so) even though FreeBSD clearly supports shared
libraries. Replacing "[info sharedlibextension]" with ".so" in
tnm2.1.X/pkgIndex.tcl solves the problem.
